Our tutors are all:

• Experts in their field. If they are GCSE or A- Level teachers they are typically examiners, working in top independent schools or with Oxbridge degrees in their subject. Very often they are all three. If they are school entrance specialists they have a track record of success in getting children into the top schools.
• DBS checked. We take safeguarding very seriously and, unlike some other agencies, insist on up to date DBS checks, and employ our own safeguarding lead. Our commitment to safeguarding is one of the reasons that we are a repeated winner of the Industry award’s “Best Tutoring Agency of the Year”
• Interviewed extensively by our own Education team. Furthermore, we take up two references from a school or other reputable organisation or person who can speak to the Educational success of the tutor. We thoroughly check all the academic credentials of our tutors.

Our Education Team oversee all our pupils and keep them on track.

• Every lesson that your child has with a tutor has a report written on it which is reviewed by us so that we can ensure that your child is on track.
• Whereas other agencies introduce and forget, we stay with you the whole way and make sure that we know where your child is at and when either further intervention is needed, or when less tutoring is needed.
• We also have our own suite of academic assessments which tell us whether your child is a good candidate for tutoring. Unlike other agencies we will only offer you in a tutor if it will benefit your child.
